I deep-dived into the end-to-end design and execution lifecycle—from conceptual architecture, last reshaping, detail revising and weekly meeting hosting. I partnered in synthesizing multi-round feedback from the Adidas global team, structured multi-phase development timelines, and tracked execution through final launch.

Bridging a global sportswear powerhouse with an independent designer studio, this project equipped me with the technical closure to translate avant-garde design codes into industrial-scale production.
